No. When "fasting" for any reason, the only thing that is permitted (and check with your doctor, as blood work is different than, say, surgery) is water, and only to take medication (again, if permitted by your doctor) A "fasting" status means nothing by mouth at all. This includes, of course, decaf coffee. If one doesn't fast the results of the lab tests could be completely wrong, and the doctor was under the impression that you were fasting.
